Dutch symphonic metal band Epica is coming to Istanbul.

Dutch symphonic metal band Epica is coming to bring a metal storm on June 9, 2022 at KüçükÇiftlik Bahçe, the green side of KüçükÇiftlik Park, the entertainment center of the city. As part of the launch of its new album Omega, Epica will perform its concert in Istanbul at KüçükÇiftlik Bahçe with the joint organization of URU and Epifoni.

Having performed an unforgettable concert in KüçükÇiftlik Park 6 years ago, Epica is getting ready to meet with its fans once again on the evening of June 9, 2022 at KüçükÇiftlik Garden. Metal lovers will have a glorious night at the concert to be held as part of the launch of the band’s new album Omega.

Dj Barış Akpolat will warm up the stage before Epica. Then, Turkish rock band Marla consisting of 5 women and finally Turkish symphonic rock band Knight Errant will take the stage.

Established in 2003 after guitarist and vocalist Mark Jansen left the band After Forever, Epica made a strong debut with its debut album, The Phantom Agony, and soon became famous outside the Netherlands. Epica reached the top of the world with its 2009 album Desing Your Universe. Continuing to gain great acclaim today with Simone Simons’ unique vocals, Epica draws attention with its songs and assertive stage performances that bring together metal and orchestra, choir and oriental instruments.
